Position Overview

We are seeking qualified and highly passionate Montessori educators to join our growing team as Montessori Student Mentors. This is a freelance opportunity that allows you to work from home (remote office) if you have completed a Montessori Diploma (0-3 years) and have a passion for supporting the next generation of Montessori educators through online training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver online Montessori lessons in an engaging and effective manner to students enrolled in our 0-3 years program;
  • Provide comprehensive support to students via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom;
  • Review and grade student assignments with constructive feedback;
  • Guide students through course materials and answer questions responsively;
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate remotely with fellow trainers;
  • Follow established systems and protocols to maintain consistency in training delivery;
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and maintain good communication with students.

Required Qualifications

  • Montessori Diploma (0-3 years/Infant & Toddler) – able to solve problems effectively;
  • Fluent in English or Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written);
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner – comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms including:
    • Online learning platforms
    • Zoom/video conferencing tools
    • Basic computer applications
    • WhatsApp and email communication

  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain concepts clearly and engagingly;
  • Confident in delivering online presentations and lessons;
  • Student-focused with patience and empathy for diverse learners;
  • Able to work collaboratively in a remote work environment;
  • Organized and systematic – able to follow procedures and meet deadlines;
  • Self-motivated and reliable for independent remote work;
  • Culturally sensitive and respectful of diverse student backgrounds;
  • Adaptive and willing to learn new technologies as needed;
