Refund Policy - Montessori Training

Montessori Diploma (Online/Onsite)

Any initial deposit or instalment paid is non-refundable.
Any payment made in full is refundable within seven (7) days of starting the course. An admin fee of IDR Rp. 1,500,000 (US $100), and transfer fees will be deducted.
To apply for a refund, you must send a written request by email to training@sunshineteacherstraining.id.
An eligible refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.

Any initial deposit or instalment paid is non-refundable.
Learners who cancel their enrolment within two business days after they transfer the course fee and have not received access to the portal will receive an 80% refund of the course fee (not applicable if paying a down payment or instalment).

There is no refund for purchases of manuals/e-books/printables
