In this two-day workshop with Dr. Paul Epstein, Ph.D. (a Montessori educator with over 40 years of experience as a teacher, school administrator, researcher, consultant, and author of An Observer’s Notebook and co-author of The Montessori Way), you’ll learn the eight principles of Montessori leadership and how to apply them to everyday leadership tasks, from guiding teachers and observing classrooms to managing conflict and building a more aligned school culture.
